David Rudlin
BDP’s Director of Urban Design, David Rudlin manages urban design and masterplanning projects across the UK with a focus on the north. David is a past Chair of the Academy of Urbanism, winner of the 2014 Wolfson Economics Prize and principle author of the Government’s National Model Design Code.

Jo Davis
Jo Davis is the UK Chair of Avison Young and Managing Director of the PLACE Group incorporating planning, advisory and residential, land and investment transaction service lines. Jo has 25 years’ experience working on complex urban change projects, devising land and property estate strategies for public and private sector clients.

Alex Hearn
Alex Hearn is a sociologist, a generalist and a proud public planner. He’s worked in regeneration for over twenty years, largely in London and in the South West since 2018.  He joined Bristol City Council as the Director of Economy of Place in 2023 with responsibility for planning, climate, transport, culture, economic development and regeneration.
